Guya

A vibrant headband with all the scrunch! Appropriately named Guya translating to Fish in Butchulla/Badtjala is an important and big food resource, one of which the Butchulla people of K’Gari relied on. They knew which guya was plentiful and good for eating at certain times by understanding the signs from mother nature and being connected to their land.
