Can I return my order for a refund, exchange or store credit?
Unfortunately due to the nature of being a small business returns for refunds, exchanges or store credits are not available. Please choose carefully.
In saying this, if your product arrives faulty we ask you contact customer service via the contact page within 48hrs after your parcel has been delivered. You will be required to provide the order number along with photos.
I am not Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, can I still purchase and wear or display (prints) KYKOE?
All of KYKOE's products are made to be worn or displayed by all. If there is a product that is created just for mob it will be stated clearly within the product description.
Can I submit a bulk order?
Bulk orders are welcomed and minimum units vary depending on which product you would like. Please contact customer service via the contact page, we will be happy to help you.

Due to the constant increase in Australia Post shipping fees, we offer postage for all accessories at a $15 flat rate Australia wide, which will have your parcel (small, 0-5kg) sent to you express.We offer free shipping on all prints Australia wide. Each print is made to order and fulfilled by our local partner printer. Once your order has been shipped you will be provided with tracking details via both email and text. Please be mindful that our printing partner provides the best quality materials and services many businesses on both a national and international scale. Unframed print fulfillment approx. 5 - 10 days from order placement.
Framed prints are expected to be fulfilled approx. 10-15 days after placing your order.
Fulfillment and shipping of prints can vary due to influx of both retail and seasonal demands. Please keep this in mind when ordering, as both unframed and framed estimated shipment times above can be impacted and are likely to be extended during these high demand periods.
KYKOE withdrawals all responsibility for any lost or damaged goods once your order has been posted. Please ensure you have a secure area your parcel can be left by courier if no one is home upon delivery.
