Can I return my order for a refund, exchange or store credit?
Unfortunately due to the nature of being a small business returns for refunds, exchanges or store credits are not available. Please choose carefully.
In saying this, if your product arrives faulty we ask you contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hrs after your parcel has been delivered. You will be required to provide the order number along with photos.
Can I submit a bulk order?
Bulk orders are welcomed and minimum units vary depending on which product you would like. Please contact customer service, we will be happy to help you.

Currently we only post Australia wide (we’re working on global shipping!) at a flat rate of $9 regular postage with the option of $15 express postage for all orders up to 5kgs.
All orders are sent via Australia Post 1-3 business days (at times items are lovingly handmade to order) after your order has been processed. Regular postage can take up to 7 business days with express postage 2-3 business days, however due to COVID it should be expected that the aforementioned delivery turnaround times are currently extended.
KYKOE withdrawals all responsibility for any lost or damaged goods once your order has been posted. Please ensure you have a secure area your parcel can be left by courier if no one is home upon delivery.
We respect your right to privacy and are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and website visitors. It is important to know that from time to time we will store and provide basic information such as your name, phone number, address and email address to enable the completion of process on your order and provide you with updates. We may collect additional information at other times such as when you provide feedback/ customer reviews, subscribe to our mailing list, communicate with customer support or for legal reasons such as paying taxes.
